This was my third time seeing the Clutch, Year Long Disaster, and Backyard Tire Fire gig. Being a huge Clutch fan, I decided I would catch all three shows in the southern California area and the other two bands just added to a great music experience on this tour.
Backyard Tire Fire is a three-piece band with a slight southern-rock feel. The highlight song of the evening was Crack Alley. Just like the rest of the lineup this evening, they are a no-frills group that plays rock-n-roll without ego or being pretentious. Go check them out if you get the chance.
